Spider-Ned is the second episode of The Misfortune of Being Ned, it aired on the Annoying Orange Channel on October 16, 2013.

Ned is on a field trip with his class and when the teacher says it's time to get some ice cream, a bully pushes him over and everybody runs off. Ned sees a spider but the spider bites him and he turns into a spider, but a janitor comes and smacks him with a mop.

- The place the episode is set in is "Oscorp Labs", this is a cultural reference to "Oscorp Industries" from the 2012 blockbuster "The Amazing Spider-Man!"
- The episode is an obvious parody of the Spider-Man films, even the titular superhero is mentioned by Ned.
- Even though Ned died in the previous episode he has somehow survived/regenerated.
- This is the first time a popular franchise has been referenced.
